INSAs and IRAs willingly and generously serve as role models, mentoring others through their words and actions. Whether it is friends sharing laughs and ideas over burgers or leaders taking a new ISA under their friendly wing, everybody wins. “Traveling and vacationing is one thing,” INSA Jeff Thompson says. “Doing it together with Six-Figure Contest winners who deserve it—that’s special.
